How long does a session take?
A Stop Smoking session usually takes around 90 minutes, although change can happen as easily and as fast as you’re ready to accept it.
How many Sessions will I need ?
Usually One is all that’s required. Provided you’re ready to quit and you follow the simple instructions you’ll be ready and able to enjoy your life as a non-smoker.
Can I be Hypnotized?
Yes. Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state, and You are in control. As long as you are ready to follow the hypnotic process change can happen easily and quickly.
Are there any side effects?
Hypnosis is a natural state and is very safe to use. The hypnotic quit smoking process is also designed to reduce any negative side effects or craving from stopping smoking.
Does it work for Vaping too?
Yes. There’s been a big rise in vaping use over the last few years as it’s been a popular alternative and touted as a stop smoking aid, however the habitual behavior unpinning it’s use is the same a smoking a cigarette.
Is Hypnosis mind control?
No. You’re always in control. All hypnosis is essentially self hypnosis, I will only act as a guide, and cannot ‘make’ you do anything you’re not comfortable with or not willing to do.
What happens during a session?
We’ll have a conversation about your habit and how it effects you. At some point I’ll ask you to close your eyes for a while and when you open them again, you won’t feel the need to smoke ever again. I don’t follow scripts as every client is different, so every experience and intervention is tailored to suit your individual needs.
Does it really work over Zoom?
Yes, I have been using zoom / messenger video for many years and exclusively since March 2020 and have always found it very successful for my clients. In fact it’s far easier, as you’re in the comfort of your own homes and there’s no travel time.

Do you only provide stop smoking services?
