Stop Smoking Hypnotherapy.

Have you given up, giving up?

Too much effort to quit?

Why not take the Stress out of Quitting Smoking?

You know it’s time to give up. And you know that Hypnotherapy to stop smoking is effective.

Stopping smoking is important for your long term health as well as your finances, but something prevents you from finally quitting.

You might feel it’s too hard to simply stop…you may even feel that you’re addicted.

Maybe you feel you need cigarettes or nicotine for some positive benefit like stress relief, relaxation or concentration.

Maybe you’re worried about ‘withdrawal’ symptoms after quitting, like weight gain, insomnia, or feeling cranky.

Or you’ve switched to a substitute like Vaping or patches, and found you have just replaced one unhealthy habit with another…

The good news is that Hypnosis has been used successfully for decades to enable people to make a smooth and easy transition to becoming a non-smoker.

I don’t need to tell you of all the positive benefits to your health and to your finances when you Stop Smoking. I know you already know all that. I also know that some habits can seem hard to kick without support and guidance through a proven process.

Kick the Habit

It doesn't need to be a Challenge...

Quit, the calm way...

You’ve probably tried to quit before and for whatever reason it didn’t work. So, you feel it’s too hard, or would be too much effort to try again. Feelings of failure are always difficult to accept. Many others have felt those exact same frustrations and anger with themselves for ‘self sabotage’ or weakness.

The danger is that willpower alone is NOT an effective strategy. You fall into that cycle of quit, struggle, relapse, quit again…then you end up being overly critical with yourself, which only results in more stress and lowered self worth…which drives you back to cigarettes…and the cycle continues.

The good news is that there are better strategies to break the habit and stop that cycle of negative emotions…

Set yourself up for Success!

My clients have found that by gaining an understanding of what’s really driving their habit and by trusting the proven Hypnotic process, becoming a non-smoker was far easier, and quicker than they thought.

So, congratulations on taking the first steps towards prioritizing Your health, gaining back control of your habit and living cigarette free. I look forward to helping you make this positive change in your life.

Kind Regards

Most frequent questions and answers

How long does a session take?

A Stop Smoking session usually takes around 90 minutes, although change can happen as easily and as fast as you’re ready to accept it.

How many Sessions will I need ?

Usually One is all that’s required. Provided you’re ready to quit and you follow the simple instructions you’ll be ready and able to enjoy your life as a non-smoker.

Can I be Hypnotized?

Yes. Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state, and You are in control. As long as you are ready to follow the hypnotic process change can happen easily and quickly.

Are there any side effects?

Hypnosis is a natural state and is very safe to use. The hypnotic quit smoking process is also designed to reduce any negative side effects or craving from stopping smoking.

Does it work for Vaping too?

Yes. There’s been a big rise in vaping use over the last few years as it’s been a popular alternative and touted as a stop smoking aid, however the habitual behavior unpinning it’s use is the same a smoking a cigarette.

Is Hypnosis mind control?

No. You’re always in control. All hypnosis is essentially self hypnosis, I will only act as a guide, and cannot ‘make’ you do anything you’re not comfortable with or not willing to do.

What happens during a session?

We’ll have a conversation about your habit and how it effects you. At some point I’ll ask you to close your eyes for a while and when you open them again, you won’t feel the need to smoke ever again. I don’t follow scripts as every client is different, so every experience and intervention is tailored to suit your individual needs.

Does it really work over Zoom?

Yes, I have been using zoom / messenger video for many years and exclusively since March 2020 and have always found it very successful for my clients. In fact it’s far easier, as you’re in the comfort of your own homes and there’s no travel time.

What if I'm still unsure?

Please get in touch with any questions or concerns. I always have an intake conversation before beginning any Hypnosis to help ascertain your individual needs and check that we’re a suitable fit to work together. Your health and well being are a priority.
